Yes, we have the book in stock - unless our website specifically says "Out of Stock".
Yes! Every single book is sent with free delivery in the UK - we never charge shipping / postage in the UK.
We aim to despatch orders the same day if received before 1pm (Monday to Friday).
Books are sent either by:
a) Royal Mail Tracked 48 (under 2kg) - a two working day delivery after day of despatch. So if you ordered on Monday morning, we will send it the same day, for delivery on Wednesday.
b) DPD courier (over 2kg) - a next working day delivery (Monday-Friday).
Please note these are intended deliveries by our shippers - actual delivery may take slightly longer if the Royal Mail or DPD courier delay the delivery, which is outside of our control.
We do try to keep everything in stock, but sometimes we do unexpectedly run out of stock. You are welcome to email us, so we can let you know how long until we receive new stock and also we can then let you know when it arrives.
Yes! We only sell brand new books, direct from the publisher and always the very latest editions.

Yes, we are happy to invoice UK schools. On the website checkout page, just click "I am a school" to bypass payment and have the books delivered, post free, on a 30 day invoice.
Yes, for schools / academic institutions we are happy to receive purchase orders by email, or simply emailed orders, for UK schools they will be sent on a 30 day invoice and always with free postage. Our email is sales@baylanguagebooks.co.uk
If you are outside the UK and a school or academic institution, or you wish to order multiple copies, then please email us - we'll then let you know if we can supply your country and provide a quotation.
Not a problem. Just send it back to us, in strong packaging, including your details so we know who it's from. Once we receive it a refund will be issued.
